OBJECTIVE

The wide and diversified business has made Astra International to absorb at least 200,000 employees and counting. The game was designed to provide a comprehensive test that measure and assess the Astra International’s employee candidates, especially in the persistence traits.

SOLUTION

The game requires the player to move a ship from one point to another without hitting the wall. As the ship is automatically moving, the player needs to precisely determine the next point for the ship movement to keep the game running in which later being translated into the player’s behavioral traits.
